Apps ECG App Location Question

Hey guys.

I have a question regarding the ECG App on the Apple Watch S4.
Currently on vacation in Israel and purchased an Apple Watch S4 a few days ago.
My iPhone 11 Pro Max is from Canada (bought it 1 week ago).
Since Israel is not supported as a country for ECG App, I cannot use it here.
My question is, end of this week I'm going back to the Netherlands (where I live),
which is a supported country for the ECG App.
How do I get it to work there? Or will it show automatically when I arrive back home?
