ECG outside Canada

Hello, I have a canadian apple watch, and the ECG app was released recently with 5.3 update. however, i am currently not living in canada, and when I need to configure the ecg app, my location is being traced back to a region where it is not spported, and therefore I cannot use the app..

Is there any way around this? I tried using itools to fake my location, and I do not understand why it doesnt work since my location traces back to the waypoint I choose.

Damn, is there any way to bypass this? It doesnt even work if I remove my simcard

I have the US model, but I'm not in the US. The ECG has worked since day 1. Though I have never activated any sim on it.

I bought an AW4 (non Sim) in USA. I live in Canada. ECG worked in the USA and it works when I am in Canada. And, I use my Canadian carrier (Telus) in both countries.

I have a Singapore bought watch and using in India. I have the same geofencing problem and can’t setup ecg.

I tried removing / putting a UK sim but still says ECG NOT AVAILABLE
