ECG Poor Readings?

Suddenly I can't take my ECG anymore. It constantly thinks I am moving my arm and says it has a poor reading. I cleaned the sensor, tightened the strap, but it always fails. Series 9 running 11.3.1. Anyone else having issues or know a trick to get a better reading?

Had a similar issue with my series 6. I tried the different fixes suggested online, and what finally fixed mine was cleaning out the crown by inserting a thin piece of paper sprayed with isopropyl alcohol in between the dial and the body of the watch. Moving the dial around and the paper around the dial cleaned out all the gunk that had accumulated. Finally worked properly after that.
