ECG rolled out in new countries ?

I must admit I haven't read the small print of iOS 14 but after updating last night I was over the moon to find that my ECG functionality has sprung to life here in the UAE.

Anyone else noticed other countries ?

Still not available in Japan, despite the widely reported "final approval" from the Japanese government, on September 7th. I'm glad I took matters into my own hands, rather than continue to wait ...
