I bought my Apple Watch 2 weeks ago in Slovakia. I have iPhone X with region set as Slovakia, but my ECG doesn’t work, shows my that ECG not supporting my region. I was checking official Apple statement and Slovakia is included in this list. Anyone who can help me how to solve this issue? Thanks

As far as I know ECG is only available (hardware related) from Series 4 and newer.

I suppose OP could have bought an Apple Watch 3 Two weeks ago but more likely purchased a series 5. Worth clarifying though.
