I'm looking for an ecommerce product/cart system with a feature for requesting quotes for certain items instead of paying online. I'd like it to work like the typical shopping cart, but instead of checking out, the customer fills out contact info and items are submitted to me for pricing. I've seen some products that do this but cost $1k+. Open source would be great, but I don't mind paying for better quality/customer service. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
