Edge and Wifi, don't work or show up at all 1.1.3...

I jailbroke the phone, it's on 1.1.3, newest baseband. And Edge doesn't work, WIFI or Bluetooth can't even be selected (greyed out). It acts like the phone doesn't even have it. Any ideas? I was going to try to get into the Installer app to see if there was a fix, but there is no way to access the internet on it. :mad:
