EDGE/GPRS o2 paygo problem 1.1.2>1.1.4

I recently restored my 1.1.2 OOB iphone to 1.1.4 and have been unable to get the data package working on my o2 paygo sim(i pay £7.50 a month data)

This worked ok with a few modded files under 1.1.2 but i can not seem to locate any files to fix this on 1.1.4.

I think what i need is some .plist files if i remember correctly.

Can any one tell me where to find these files?
