I have a website that I designed and Edited with Microsoft Frontpage. Now that I have a Mac, how do I update and edit that webpage?

You'll either need to manually edit the HTML in a text editor, or use Frontpage. To use front page, you'll need to run it within windows, either via BootCamp or through virtualization (Parallels, Vmware, or VirtualBox)
