Edit OSX Safari Notifications

I use WhatsAPP Web and the notifications I get in notification center and kind of ugly. They show the URL instead of just saying WhatsAPP and doesn't have a icon logo. Is there anyway I can edit this manually? I would also like to remove the ".com" at the end of the MacRumors one.

Strangely WhatsApp doesn't even show in notification center? It is also not in the safari notification folder?

/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/RemoteNotifications
