Today, I ran using just the Apple Watch without the iPhone. I had completed 4 previous runs, varying in distances of 2-6 miles each with the iPhone. The Workout app recommends running at least 20 minutes with the iPhone for it to calibrate your stride.
Today, I ran 3.25 miles, while the app showed me running 3.44. I have 2 questions:
1. Is this normal (5.84% difference from calculated guess and actual)?
2. Is there a way to tell it that, NO, I did not run 3.44, I actually ran 3.25?
