Edit PDF on iPad

Im a student and a lot of my notes are in PDF (I even convert my ppt notes to PDF) and I usually highlight/add notes using preview on my MBP. I just got my iPad 2 and I'm looking for the best app to edit PDFs and possibly even load/edit PDFs from dropbox.

Goodreader will annotate PDFs and you can link to dropbox from it.
