Edit plists to increase camera video quality?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone tried to play with plist files that set video resolution and quality to increase either of those settings?

I have been editing them quite a bit trying to increase resolution and compression of videos but so far unsuccessfully. I managed to get the camera switch to higher resolution in video mode, however, the record button stops working at that point. I think there is somewhere a validation file which stops the camera recording if resolution is changed.

Any thoughts or ideas on whether it is possible?
