edit rich text documents?

Is there a method of editing rich text documents (.rtf) on ipad? There are plenty of text (.txt) editors on ipad but I want to be able edit some rich text documents. I use windows so is there a good app for ipad that I can sync via dropbox? I need to be able to change the colour of the text.
