For some reason I can't delete a source or repo in cydia by using edit and delete. Is there a way to manually delete it by editing system folders by using ifile? Can somebody point me to the right direction? Just for example, I want to manually delete Modyi. Which system folder should I edit?

Please help.

Mods,

There is a reason Cydia and Modmi and BigBoss aren't "deletable". They are considered system repos. Leave it alone.

Yes, they can be deleted but I want to know how to delete it by editing system folders or files.

Sources are located in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list

Just edit the necessary lines out with nano or an FTP editor.
