Edited photo in iPhoto 06 doesn't update thumbnail

Well... the title pretty much says it all. When I edited a photo in iPhoto 06, the thumbnail doesn't update. If I go to edit mode again, the edited photo shows up. The correct photo prints as well. It seems that the thumbnails are somehow disconnected. I already tried rebuilding the thumbnail library. I guess I could try rebuilding the entire library... originals and all.

Any other suggestions? This may be a call to Applecare.
