With water damage you never know what will the end result be - may be lucky.
Apple does have a flat fee for replacements - I would not worry about having iOS 7 on it. If they say anything or ask just tell them how you wanted to try it out. Your problem is hardware not software so it doesn't matter - if they give you trouble just tell you not here to discuss software, just want my phone fixed

Maybe its only for cracked screen now that I think about it - think its like $200ish
Oh, good grief. The OP started another thread about this, about spilling water on the iPhone while it shared a bag with a water bottle and wanting to have the iPhone replaced.
