Editing a Webpage Template?

I downloaded a wedding webpage template, what is a good program to edit it in graphically? iWeb won't open anything, just let me create. weird.

May partly depend on what kind of template it is. Some are application specific. Graphical apps for web pages consist of Dreamweaver, Nvu, SeaMonkey, Rapidweaver, to name a few. Do searches for WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) web page editor and you can find more. Some options cost money. You can also check out the Web Design forum. This type of question comes up regularly.
