Can I edit my iPhone 4's contact list via my Mac? If so how? I have hundreds of contacts but somehow during a sim transfer everything was messed up now I need to go through them one by one manually to edit them, it would be much easier done on a computer than on my iphone.

Are you using a Mac or PC? Either way, if you check sync contacts in iTunes, they will get copied to your computer and then you should be able to edit them on your computer and sync them back no problem.

OP.. I suggest you setup sync with Google. It's free and will store your contacts in the cloud. You could also use ME, but I don't see the point in paying $100 per year when Google offers most everything ME does for free. Cloud storage is good because it provides a backup of your data should you need to wipe your phone.
