Editing iTunes U Categories, possible?

Hello, the title pretty much covers it; is it possible to edit the categories that iTines U collections are labelled under?

I've no idea how, but seem to have amalgamated two collections in two different categories into one category. Possibly (and after trying to figure this out before asking here) it could be that the collections may have been under multiple searchable categories in store? Although it wouldn't explain how this was possible and whether one can amend them to preference ad-hoc.

Any thoughts would be very welcome, thank you:)
