Editing mkv subtitles

Hi! I need an editor then allows to extract and edit a subtitle from a mkv. Now, the programs i already have and use for other purposes are mkvtoolnix, tsmuxer, and makemkv. Maybe i can do this with one of these. if not, anybody can help me? thanks
