Editing mp3 file info and pasting album art

I am trying to change some info on mp3 files to better organize it on my iPod and I'm also a bit OCD about having the album art. A few of the files don't have the art on them for some reason. How can I edit the album title and artist information (preferably on multiple files at once) and add in the album art?

Select all the tracks of the album in iTunes, then right-click and Get Info (or Command-I). Then edit whatever tags you want and drag any album art to the lower right corner.
