Editing Songs and Artists in Itunes on Macbook

I am trying to edit the song title and artist in itunes by pressing ctrl --> get info. but for some reason it wont let me edit ne thing, not song name nor track number.

No idea why and can do this fine on my PC

reason for doing this is i have DL a new album and it has the song name and artist in the Name column and 'Various artists' in the Artists column.

I have the same issue when one day I decided to CLEAN up (tag, file name, folder archive) all my mp3 tidy tidy...
the mp3 file that you are tryin to modify is locked, its encrypted you can only listen to it not modified it, delete it and download it again, its the fastes way
