Editing the Thread Title

This is kind of a dumb question that will have a quick answer but yea what the title says. Is it possible to edit the title of a thread?

Only mods can do that as far as I know.

Ok thanks. So I guess they wouldn't appreciate people asking them to change titles just for minors things
