Editing videos on iPhone Pro Max

I would love to use an iPhone Pro Max to make easy edits to videos. What I do is very basic yet I think advanced in a way. Here’s what I use FCP X on my Mac and I’m wondering if I could do the same on iOS via iMovie or another app:

- Import video that is saved locally
- Tag sections of the video
- Grab those tagged sections and then add them to a timeline
- Save the new video locally (or on iCloud) to then upload to YouTube.
