EDU Discount in Store?

Does anyone know for sure if they will give you the EDU discount on Leopard in the store?

so i called customer service today with a big load of problems no one needs to hear about, and the supervisor called a local store to see if they'd give me the student discount in the store. she called me back and they told her sure. so when i went the kid didn't want to at first, then asked someone who asked a manager and he came back with "new policy ilife, iwork, leopard (and a bunch of other things) get student discount in the store" and then told everyone else working there. maybe it was just that store, but it worked.

that's great! I've always found the Apple store peons to be pretty snoody actually. hopefully the kid didn't give you too much sass about it
