Education Discount... Again!

Ok so I saw the other threads but I have a slightly different query!

I am in further education i.e. 6th form college, 17-18 years old!

But my school is not on the list of approved schools on the Apple site.

Is there someway I can still get the discount?

Both of the other 2 threads are similar to your situation - you (like them) qualify for the Education discount but not the HE discount (which is higher and has a more generous warranty cover).

Can you call Apple and check with a rep if you / your school are applicable for a discount?

Well exactly this is were my query differs as I have seen that my school is not on the list of approved schools however I am in further education!

Can I just buy one anyway?

As per the apple website you should call the number if you are a college student (or teacher) in a further education college in the UK. I don't know what discount you get by doing this, but you should note that higher education is not the same as further education, thus you are probably not entitled to the higher education discount.
