Hi,

I know this question has been asked before, but there wasn't really a conclusive response. Here's my situation:

- Canadian citizen
- Accepted to university in England (but not yet attending)
- Want to buy MBP in Canadian store (not online, as it will take too long to ship)

Will bringing in my offer letter be sufficient? I also have a student number. The education discount is provided in both countries.

Basically, how should I go about this? Thanks.

Worst case scenario, I can buy it online and just wait a month, or pay an extra $200, I suppose...

Okay, thanks!

So you suggest I just go into the store with the official offer letter? Does this allow for both the discount and the $100 app store card for the back to school promotion?
