I was trying to find this and someone on here responded to another post that

yellowdoglinux provides an education discount and no sales tax.
So thank you! I'm posting in case anyone else is looking for the information.

I wanted linux on another partition so this was perfect for me...linux,educational
discount, and no sales tax. -This is true in most states such as IL. Saved me 8.75 for chicago
sales tax.
