I feel like I read somewhere once that if you buy Apple software with the education discount, that you are not eligible for upgrade pricing in the future. Is this true? For example, if I buy Aperture 2 right now, will I be eligible for upgrade pricing to Aperture 3 when it comes out? Or should I pay full price now and save money in the long run?
