Education Store not discounting upgrades any more?

Education store for 5K IMac starts at $2299 ($200 discount) but it appears all the upgrades (processor, RAM, storage etc) are no longer discounted. Is this a new policy with Apple? Used to be that everything was discounted...

showing up as discounted for me....hmmm

i7 coming up as $225 instead of $250, other option discounted as well.

I see all upgrades as discounted.

Thanks. I might need to clear my cache. The main computer was discounted but the rest wasn't.
