Educational version of xp pro install using fusion?

I have one of the educational versions of xp pro that does not require registration with microsoft. Would I have a problem installing on a 2.16ghz MacBook using fusion or parallels? Does anyone have any experience with this version? I can install on multiple pc's, just never have tried a mac and am considering purchasing above
mentioned MacBook with 2gig ram.

you will have no problem installing as a vm
