Carrier EE eSim transfer - lack of eSim pack

Hi, I’m getting my 12 pro on Friday, and will be looking to swap my eSim from my Xs to my 12 pro, however I ordered a new eSim pack from EE last Friday and haven’t received it yet.

I ordered another one off the EE site last night, so fingers crossed I get one of them by Friday.

If I don’t, what option do I have (since EE don’t support the quick transfer that Apple have implemented) - go to a store and get one?

None of this seems very convenient. Why can’t they just email the qr or just show it on the website?

* EE do not email QR codes
* I have requested mine via the replacement eSim and it took 1 - 2 days for delivery (London)
* Do not request on the phone because they cut your SIM card offf
* If all fails pop into local EE Store and get eSim Swap pack.
