I mean, it sucks for me to have to pay +$250 too, but YOU signed a TWO YEAR agreement in which you are technically contractually obligated to so AT&T has done nothing wrong.

Why don't you vote with your wallet? See how much it is to cancel and then terminate your account instead of continuing to give them money like a chump.

why didnt they give you an early upgrade? how long have you had your phone and how long do you have it until? will they do these early upgrades with every iphone..?
