Looking for a recommendation for a good eGPU for my 16" MBP. I want the eGPU to be both a dock and support my two monitors via thunderbolt. Does such a thing even exist?

I think your only option would be to find a BlackMagic eGPU Pro (now discontinued). Use the second TB3 to power the 5K monitor, and either the HDMI or DP (with adapter) to drive the 4K LG. The BlackMagic Pro has USB-A, but not Ethernet, SD card reader, etc., so I’m not sure what else you’re looking for in a dock.
