eGPU or USB-C Dock?

So I'm looking at the above two for docking solutions for my staff. My (small) office is all 10GB Ethernet, with 10GB Switches, Servers etc. We deal with CAD and BIM and have 100's of GB's of point cloud data to deal with and so far, so good with the workstations that are there. Three of my staff are on laptops, and will have a need to be on 10GB if they can.

So far, I have seen a dock from OWC (and akitio) that has 10G on it, but it only has one DP connector on it. I have two 4K screens setup for them so would like to have them both hooked up to the dock, I just want them to come in, plug in the cable to the dock, and maybe power cable, and just be done with it.

OR

Is there an eGPU option that has an extra slot for a 10GB network card, as well as a GPU (Quadro) that I can throw in there?

I feel the Intel Thunderbolt 3 chain is pipe dream because if one does that the first device in chain must not be used at that time to get the 3 speeds! So to me a chain is pointless right now and us not up to stuff, heck all Displays have to end of chain because 4K use so much data to do 4/5k!
