eGPU Question TB3->TB2 Adapter

Hello,

I own a 2013 MBP and would like to know whether I can successfully run this setup in Windows 10:

Macbook Pro 13 inch 2013
Apple TB3 to TB2 Adapter (it says it is bidirectional working)
TB3 eGPU (e.g. Razer Core / Akitio Node)

Any ideas about this setup?
