I can't figure out how to activate my iPhone 5.

I bought it from AT&T Online.. Doing a straight (early) upgrade from my 4S. Unboxed it, went through the configuration wizard, and now it's at the main screen.. but it never went through any sort of activation process.

So I plugged it into itunes.. it comes up, detects it, does its sync stuff.. no activation options.

It has an AT&T SIM Card in it, but displays No Service. My 4S is still active and working. How the hell do I activate this thing

I had a link in an att email that I got shortly after I ordered my phone. It gives you the place to put in the info needed to activate it. It will take a few minutes after that. You may be able just to call and give them the info.

Itunes began the activation for me then it gave me a message saying I needed to wait. I waited 2 hours and nothing happened so I called AT&T and got it activated.
