EIZO 3285-BK no thunderbolt/USB-C

Hi friends, my EIZO 3285-BK only works on Mac Mini 2020 through HDMI but not through thunderbolt. I use the USB-C cable that came with monitor but it does not work. What’s my fault? Strange enough the HDMI 2 does not work too on my EZIZO.
