I can't speak for those models but every Ezio monitor I ever used was great.
 
hardly anyone has an Eizo, so you probably won't be getting much personal experience...

the SX has an H-IPS panel, the other two are S-PVA. S-PVA, compared to S- or H-IPS, tends to have slower response, more contrast, and more pronounced color/contrast shift.

which one to get depends on what you intend to use it for.
 
I have yet to come across a bad Eizo screen, and have used several generations of ColorEdge models. I'd buy the SX model out of the ones you listed though.
 
While Eizo screens are excellent. I find the better priced NEC Spectraviews as good and in certain regards a bit better.
