Eject Camera Problems

Hi,

I can download from my Canon HFR106 video cam to imovies with absolutely no problem.

However I am unable to eject the camera as it does not show anywhere and therefore I just remove the USB connection - which is not recommended.

Can anyone give me some clue as to how to get over this problem please?

Try opening the Finder and you should see it listed in Devices.

If it's not showing up under devices, open the image capture app and it will show up as well and you'll see the eject symbol to dismount it.
