El capitan not loading off my usb drive

Hey all, im pretty new to hackintoshing. I copied the disk image to my drive using TransMac boot but when I boot up, nothing happens. I'm thinking it might be the way the image is set up on he disk as transmac didn't put it into the root directory. How would I go about fixing this? Thanks!
