El Capitan Photos search broken?

I noticed something, if you use Faces and iCloud Photo Library your search index seems broken?

Example:

PersonA in Faces album show: 2000 photos - search for PersonA on Photos show "PersonA 2000 Faces" - everything correct.

Now when iCloud Photo Library is enabled and synced, searching for PersonA shows only 216 Faces. (Faces album still have 2000 photos)

I can reproduce this, can you?
