El Capitan - Replace Default Profile

I've create a new profile but when you login you are presented with keychain asking for a password or to create a new one. You are also unable to access document folders.

Does anyone have the terminal commands to remove the keychain and repair permissions for the default profile ?

This is what i had before moving to El Capitan:

Remove Keychain:

rm -r /System/Library/User\ Templates/English.lproj/Library/Keychains/*

Repair Permissions:

diskutil repairPermissions /
