I don't want to go all Simon Cowell on you like the rest of the guys but it aint' pretty.
And to be honest, Themes are a pain in the butt to install and actually having no bugs. If apple doesn't make some sort of Theme Maker Program for developers it will never work.

EDIT: Don't get me wrong but most of the people that have seen my themed iPhone thought it was fake or an Android wannabe
