I have been buying elago cases for a long time now, and have never really had a problem. I bought the soft feeling gold case for my 5s. After putting it on, I noticed that my shield that I had installed on the back was being lifted off by the case, which I know is a pretty common problem with phone cases and shields. I also know though that the elago S5 Glide case was designed specifically for that problem, but I guess it just didn't do so well this time. The point is, the bigger part of the case that slides on the top will not come off. I have tried everything that I can think of, and I have had multiple email conversations with elago representatives. and they weren't able to help me. I'm guessing it's just gripping to the shield to much, and will not budge. If anyone has a solution to getting the bigger part of the case off of the phone without damaging the phone, whether it's by breaking the case or whatever, it would be much appreciated.
