Good god! What a colossal waste of money and a complete good product that people are (im)patiently waiting to receive. I will never understand the purpose of videos like these i.e. nuking iPhones or iPods in a microwave, or pulverizing them in a blender.

lol you need to chill people, Its his iPad he can do what ever the hell he wants with it.
Besides, If he is a YouTube partner (Which I do not know if he is or isn't) then he will get triple for what he paid for the iPad, because a lot of people are probably going to watch it, More views = more money.

All I could think of was - this guy is a little off... The behavior reminds me of someone torturing animals (psychotic tendencies) in a way. Also, his tone, intonation and speech delivery sounded a bit sexual in approach...His distaste for the ipad was clear.
My armchair analysis: Anti-social, Psyco-sexual transferrence, with mild sadistic/psycotic tendencies.
It strikes me as odd, when we enjoy destroying technology to such a level. I'm not smart enough to decipher this, but maybe someone else can.

While I couldn't care what people do with their iPads when they buy them, this guy is a bit strange, to say the least.
1) what the heck is that huge sculpture type thing this guy has going on in his yard? His neighbors must love this.
2) this guy has the child molester tone done perfectly.

He's done a ton of these in the past, with the iPad 1, and all the iPhone models. Think of it as a low rent "Will it blend". Usually he just microwaves stuff.

I'm more concerned with the transformer looking thing with dual Gatling guns at the start of the video than I am with this guy cooking a new iPad.
I disagree with this being "the same" as those videos.... those adverts were for that blender.
Unless of course, this is an advert for medication or AMA (American Psychiatric Association)
BTW, he clearly has a "right" to do with this stuff as he pleases, as we equally have a "public right" to inspect his motives - be they clear or subtle, misguided, odd or pathetic.
This is a consequence of attention-seeking behavior - the responding attention not always in the manner you can control or expect.
