Element warranty...

Hey guys, so my girlfriend bought me an element r8 from hong kong. I love the case but there seems to be a creaking problem with it after a week of using it. It creeks on the bottom side where the polymer is. I emailed element and they told me to bring it back to the dealership. Problem? I'm in Canada... Does element not do exchanges? Thats bs if they don't considering the case cost like 150 bucks. Can someone give me some advice on what to do? And those of you with the vapor pro does it creak also? Thanks.

ps. its real by the way. their an authorized dealership that it came from.

The store is halfway across the world I have no way of contacting them. Can someone tell me if the creaking is normal or is the case supposed to be 100% tight because for the first couple days it was solid. I have discovered it is the bottom part of the case where the charger plug goes in.
