Im sure this is not the right category for this thread but I must ask, I use elements 4 to crop photos and add text and all of a sudden the program wont open any files, nothing happens when I drag a file into elements, anyone have any suggestions...thanks, Rose

Two questions:
- Are you using an application called Elements 4.0 or are you using Photoshop Elements 4.0?
- Nothing in your description even hints at the cause of your problem. Please give some information about your computer model, your operating system, available RAM, available free hard drive space, the file format of your photographs, any unusual system modifications, etc.
