Elements 8 and 3rd party actions

Downloaded the trial version of PSE 8, been getting by with PSE 3 for far too long. Anyway, I'm trying to load some 3rd party actions I've downloaded, but am having a hard time doing it. Can't seem to find the "workflow" folder I need to put them in.
And yes I am following the instructions.

Had anyone done this?
Or is there some kind of block in the trial version to stop it?
